Senior School House Music Competition
Published on 28/02/18
A celebration of musical talent was enjoyed at the Grand Finale concert in the Great Room, marking the culmination of the Senior School House Music Competition.
The competition got off to a rousing start with Drums/Percussion being the first section to open the proceedings! Throughout the day, the Music School was buzzing as pupils came and went to perform in their various sections or practise in the practice rooms.
This year, it was Esher’s turn to win the competition with 94 points! This was followed by Radnor with 84, Longcross with 52 and Norwood with 50.
The overall winners of each musical section returned to the Great Room in the evening for a most enjoyable Grand Finale concert in front of parents and staff and to be presented with trophies by this year’s adjudicator, Mr Graham Stack.
Congratulations to Esher House for their wonderful success and to the winners of all the various sections!
