Teen Yoga Club

Claremont Fan Court is pleased to offer a selection of new activities and clubs for the Spring Term, including a lunchtime Yoga club held for pupils from Year 7 -11 on Fridays by a trained Teen Yoga teacher.

Some reasons to come along to Yoga Club include improved strength and flexibility, relaxation, breathing exercises to calm the mind and better sleep.

If people can experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga and meditation when they are still young, they will have acquired habits for a lifetime.

Yoga and meditation help slow us down in a world where we are being made to move at ever faster speeds, and where the mental health of young people, partly as a result, is deteriorating at an alarming rate.

Yoga and meditation will help our young people to slow down and cope better.
