Year 9 Science Fair

Published on 28/06/17

Year 9 pupils worked hard to produce some excellent investigations for this year’s Science Fair. The pupils came up with some original ideas for their investigations which included the best temperature for cooking popcorn, how much borax you need to make the ultimate slime, and how the area of wingspan affects the speed and distance that a paper aeroplane will fly. The displays included films, photographs, quizzes and food samples, all of which added to a wonderful event.

It was lovely to see so many parents and siblings coming to support the Year 9 scientists who were keen to explain their ideas and results to all comers.
