Steve Menzies is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Non Executive Director, with a proven track record influencing and leading transformational change, to deliver profitable double-digit growth, major process and productivity improvements, and financial and operational excellence in high performance and under-performing multinational, public and private equity-owned companies.

Recent experience includes two years as Acting Chair of the Board of Governors, Finance Governor and member of the Finance & Resources and Curriculum & Safeguarding Committees at Meath Special Education School in Chertsey. Steve is currently the Chair and a Trustee of Denham Bowls Club.

Steve was appointed as a Governor in June 2025.
