Bus application form

Bus services are offered on a full term basis, paid termly in advance via fees invoice. Notice to discontinue travel must be given in writing by half-term, to take effect from the end of term. Bus travellers and their parents agree to abide by the school bus code of conduct, which is available on the school website and in the parent information booklet and must be read prior to completing this form.
