Y11 Problem Solving Challenge Day
Published on 02/10/17
The Year 11 GCSE Physicists enjoyed an active (and muddy!) day in the forest near East Grinstead. Activities included plotting distance time graphs using data collected from speeding down a zip wire, calculating their power and gravitational potential energy whilst climbing high up into the trees, and using ideas about centre of mass to balance precariously on a tower of 25 plastic crates! A risky business, but much fun was had by all.
