Year 10 Duke of Edinburgh Training

Published on 02/04/19

During the last weekend of March, Year 10 pupils enjoyed preparing for their bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award with Expedition Wales. With the expedition taking place during the summer term, pupils proved themselves to be quick learners by mastering the skills of map reading, camp craft and orienteering. Following an action packed weekend, the pupils put their newly gained skills into practise during a successful navigation session on Esher Common. We wish pupils the best of luck as they continue to prepare for their upcoming expedition.
