Phased re-opening notice
Published on 28/05/20
As of 1 June, Claremont Fan Court School will re-open to selected year groups only. Following official guidance, the school will take great care to ensure the return to school for these pupils is as safe as possible. Our grounds will be utilised fully for outdoor learning, pupils will be divided into smaller groups and the school will operate a shorter day.
Our staff will continue to provide all pupils with a high standard of teaching and learning and pastoral support throughout the summer term, whether remote or on-site. We will continue to support vulnerable pupils and the children of key worker families.
The safety of our pupils and staff on site remains of paramount importance. Drop off zones are clearly marked, appropriate signage in place and hand sanitisation stations have been installed.
Parents and carers are not permitted beyond the drop off zones and are asked to remain in their vehicles. All those on site will be required to wash their hands regularly, as directed by staff, and respect the space of others at all times.
The school remains operational with staff able to help should you have any queries. Please click here to contact the school via email. Telephone enquiries will be answered when possible.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and commend you on your resourcefulness, resilience and adaptability at this challenging time.
