Over £1,000 raised on Christmas jumper day

Published on 11/12/19

Year 10 have once again organised the Senior School’s annual Christmas Jumper Day, in support of Save The Children. A small committee of pupils, lead by the Year 10 council representatives, Jessica and Cameron, designed posters to publicise this popular event, which was enthusiastically supported by both pupils and staff.  A wide range of colourful, sparkling and festive knitwear was visible around the school, with pupils and staff vying to claim the most festive look. The Year 10 committee spent an industrious hour counting and recounting the donations and were delighted to announce that just over £1,000 was raised, with money still coming in.

This is a fantastic effort and a brilliant representation of the character values we embrace at Claremont Fan Court School.
