Our annual scholars concert took place on Wednesday 23 November in the historic Great Room in the mansion.
Many congratulations to our talented music scholars. Each of them conveyed great technical skill, musicality and emotion in the pieces they decided to play on the day.
The skill and dedication to their craft and their instrument, which comprised of harp, violin, voice, trumpet and piano on this occasion was enjoyed by parents, staff and members of our alumni.
Performances of works by composers ranging from Clara Schumann to Antônio Carlos Jobim, and a song from the musical Wicked were very much enjoyed. Details of the full programme are shown below.
