Next steps on your journey with us
Reception Entry
Children join Reception in the September following their fourth birthday, attending five full days each week.
Deadline for applications
Friday 16 October 2026
Admissions visits will be held week commencing 9 November 2026
After your child’s assessment, we’ll be in touch to talk through the results and discuss the next steps together. For families who decide to accept a place, we will guide you through the simple paperwork and deposit process to confirm your child’s spot.
Before starting in September, children are warmly invited to a settling-in afternoon in the summer term, a lovely opportunity for them to get to know their new classroom, meet their teacher, and begin feeling at home.

If you would like to consider joining the nursery at Claremont in September 2026, there are a small number of places still available.
Co-curricular booklet
We have a considerable range of clubs on offer and children are encouraged to explore and develop their interests. Clubs are usually organised on a termly basis thereby giving pupils the opportunity to experience a number of clubs throughout the year. Here is an example of the co-curricular timetable:
