Parent Talk – ‘Food for Life’

Tuesday 26 March 2019
Starting at 7pm (refreshments from 6.30pm)
Venue: The Great Room, Mansion

Please note that we have brought forward our next Parent Talk from the summer term to the end of the Spring Term. This is because the theme of the talk is ‘Food for Life’ with an emphasis on eating well for exam success; something which may prove useful during the revision period over Easter.

Tina Lond-Caulk will be discussing how diet affects every aspect of how we feel including sleep quality, our emotions, levels of concentration, motivation, mood, energy levels and, of course, quality of life. She will discuss how being conscious of our food choices and making simple healthy changes can have fast, positive effects on every one of us and every aspect of our lives, almost immediately. She will focus in particular on eating for exam success but her talk will be relevant, motivating and educational whatever stage your children are at.

Tina Lond-Caulk has worked as a registered nutrition consultant and travels around the country hosting talks on nutrition, health and lifestyle management for schools and corporate clients. For further information please visit
