Angela Kelly is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
Angela also has extensive governance experience, having served as Chair of a UK pension trustee board, where she provided effective oversight and fostered collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Her professional development includes executive education at Columbia Business School and leadership programmes focused on women’s advancement and public speaking.
Angela’s son attended Claremont for 14 years, so she has a longstanding association with the school. She was appointed as governor in March 2023 and is the designated safeguarding governor and a member of the nominations, people and culture committee.
