“I remember doing ‘The Pirates of Penzance’ and can concur that it really was a highlight of my time at Claremont Fan Court School.  Singing was my passion and still is, though I didn’t carry on and do it as a profession. 

I remember a particular winter when it snowed really heavily.  The school had to close but being a Boarder we were stuck there. But the hill from the mansion down to what was the lacrosse pitches made for an excellent toboggan run. We used trays if I remember correctly. The whole of the grounds looked really beautiful with the snow. I wonder if anyone has any photos of that?”
