We understand that choosing the right setting for your child can be a daunting process, especially at the start of their school journey. Our friendly and knowledgeable admissions team are on hand to guide you every step of the way.
As a gently selective school with children at the heart of our approach, we aim to make the admissions process reassuring and personal. We warmly invite you to visit, see our classrooms in action, and give us the chance to get to know your child.
Children already in our nursery automatically move into our reception giving them continuity of learning supported by our exceptional team.
1. VISIT
Families are warmly encouraged to join a nursery workshop where children take part in practical, play-based activities with our nursery staff. This is an ideal opportunity to view our outstanding facilities, expansive outdoor grounds, see how your child interacts with the environment and to discuss how we can best support your child. A tour of the school will also be available.
If you cannot attend a workshop we will be more than happy to provide you with a personal tour of the school.
2. APPLY
Applications are completed online and include:
- Most recent school report (if applicable)
- A photograph
- A short section to share more about your child
- Application fee: £125 per child (siblings require separate applications)
3. STAY AND PLAY ADMISSIONS VISIT
As a gently selective school, we invite all of our prospective children for an admissions visit. Pre-Nursery and Nursery children will be invited to a short ‘stay and play session’ to ensure that they will be happy and settled in our environment.
4. OUTCOME AND NEXT STEPS
Following assessment, we’ll discuss results and next steps with you. Families accepting a place will complete paperwork and pay a deposit to confirm. Children are then invited to a settling-in afternoon in the summer term before joining in September.
