Sarah is the People & Culture Director, IAG Tech for the International Airlines Group. Sarah is a highly accomplished commercial leader with over 25 years professional and international experience in all aspects of the Human Resources function and across various industries including aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, and banking. Originally from Australia, Sarah has spent her career in Human Resources and commercial roles and has a BA (Industrial Relations, Social Economics and Psychology) from the University of Sydney as well as an MBus (Human Resource Management). When not at work, Sarah is a Non-Executive Director for a charity and volunteers at a local netball club as one of the qualified coaches.
