Anita Schaper

Anita has spent her career in the field of occupational/health psychology and consultancy. Following a degree in psychology and health psychology (post-grad), she spent her first 10 years in the consultancy profession as a career counsellor and stress-management advisor; then as a Client Services Manager for a Westminster-based charity specialising in bespoke study programmes for Members of both Houses of Parliament, Clerks and MEPs, as well as UK business. As part of her client-facing role, Anita successfully developed and managed a range of programmes both here in the UK and in Brussels. She subsequently enjoyed various roles over the last 20 years working as a director running her own start-up businesses. Clients included World Wildlife Fund and Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Anita has gained extensive experience working in strategy and planning. She currently is a local Councillor in The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
