Women's team operations manager - England Rugby
Harriet completed a BSc Exercise and Sport Science degree at the University of Exeter before going on to work in high performance sport across sailing, cycling, formula one, and now is the Women’s Operations Manager at England Rugby. Recently she has returned from being with the Red Roses at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, where they got a Guinness World Record for winning 30 games in a row before narrowly losing to New Zealand in the final. Prior to working in Rugby, Harriet spent 4 years working for McLaren Racing managing the travel logistics of a team between 80-150 people to over 20 formula one races a year. She has a passion for sport and would welcome anyone who shares this passion to come and ask questions.

Jamie Sellers
Performance analyst - Chelsea Football Club
Having spent 11 years at Claremont, Jamie went on to study Sports Coaching Science at St Mary’s University. During his time at St Mary’s, Jamie specialised in performance analysis and completed a season as an analysis intern with Championship Rugby Side London Scottish. Following a successful season, in March 2018, Jamie was head hunted by Chelsea Football Club to join the Academy analysis department where he worked with coaches and players throughout the academy. After graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree, Jamie was offered a full-time role with Chelsea where he is now Head of Academy Performance Analysis and a 1st Team Player Insights Specialist. Jamie is responsible for providing detailed and bespoke data and video analysis to the 1st team coaches and players as well as overseeing the analysis provision across the academy.
