Fees (draft)

A non-refundable registration fee of £150 is payable on completion of the online application form. The registration fee is reduced to £125 for nursery applications. 

An acceptance deposit of £1,200 is payable to accept the offer of a place.  

An additional overseas deposit of £1,500 is payable where a pupil’s normal residence is outside the UK at the time of accepting the place. 

The acceptance deposit and any additional overseas deposit are retained until the pupil leaves and will be repaid without interest on leaving the school, in accordance with the school’s terms and conditions. 

All fees are reviewed annually and any adjustments are usually announced at the end of the Spring Term for the following academic year. 

Fees are payable by bank transfer on or before the first day of each term.   

As an alternative to paying your school fees termly you can opt to pay your school fees and extras via monthly repayments through School Fee Plan.

The Claremont Fan Court Foundation Ltd is an Introducer appointed representative of Premium Credit Limited which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. School Fee Plan is a trading name of Premium Credit Limited (company number 02015200). 

Credit is subject to status, terms and conditions apply, over 18s only. 

The School operates a Fees in Advance Scheme to provide parents with the opportunity to pay school fees up front, by making a lump sum payment towards future fees.  

This scheme is available for a minimum of 3 terms and a maximum of 15 terms.

For 26/27 the termly charge is £268 per term. Further details xxx

A 10% discount will be applied to the tuition fees for the third sibling attending the school at the same time. A 5% discount will be applied to the tuition fees for the fourth and fifth siblings in the school at the same time. The sibling discount is applied after all other discounts. 

The school offers up to 15 hours per week of Universal Early Years Funded Entitlement to 3 and 4 year olds. The funded hours are available for the session 8.30am – 11.30am only. Further details can be found in the Early Years Funded Entitlement Policy.  

The school does not currently offer the 30 hours of government funded childcare.

The school can accept payment by childcare vouchers in nursery. 

The school can accept payment via your Government tax free childcare account in nursery. 

Please email billing@claremont.surrey.sch.uk with your Government Childcare Account reference number so payments received can be allocated to your billing account. 

Wraparound care is available from 8.00am until 6.00pm. Wraparound care is normally booked and charged via the school’s Evolve system and can be paid by debit or credit card. 

For academic year 2026/27, wraparound care fees are: 

* Includes hot tea 

For any child collected after 6pm a late charge will be incurred at the rate of £7.50 for every 15 minutes after 6pm.

Throughout the year there is an exciting range of activities and trips for pupils, most of which are compulsory. These are normally charged via the school’s Evolve system and can be paid by debit or credit card.

A wide range of extra-curricular clubs and activities are provided in the junior school. For those which are chargeable, payment is made vie the school’s Evolve system and can be paid by debit or credit card.

LAMDA lessons are charged termly arrears via the school fee invoice. For 26/27 the termly charge is £266 per term. Further details xxx

Public examination fees are chargeable and will be added to your fee invoice in the term the exams are sat – typically summer term of year 11 and year 13. 

Fees for script reviews and remarks are chargeable via the school invoice.

A 50% reduction is applied to the lunch charge for the summer term for pupils in year 11 and 13 taking GCSEs and A levels. 

On joining the school, all families become members of the Friends of Claremont. A compulsory levy of £42 is chargeable.
