Year 13 Food Science & Nutrition 🍞✨ As part of their current Food Science & Nutrition project, Year 13 students have been investigating how to enhance the sensory qualities of festive buns. They taste-tested each other's creations, evaluating flavour, texture, aroma and appearance to gather valuable feedback. Their findings will help improve their final recipes and solve the food production problem. 👩‍🍳

German beyond the classroom 🇩🇪 Our Year 11, 12 and 13 pupils recently visited the Goethe-Institut for a careers event, discovering where studying German could take them in the future. From learning about career opportunities and putting their German language and culture knowledge to the test in a quiz, to watching a German film, it was a brilliant chance to see the many possibilities that learning a language can open up.

Fan Court walkathon 🧚‍♀️✨ Fan Court pupils set off through the woodlands to help Melody May, our very own Claremont fairy, find her lost voice. Along the way, they visited activity stations, from singing, dancing and playing instruments to exploring The Gruffalo’s Cave. A huge thank you to all our parent volunteers for helping to make it such a memorable day. 💚

Senior School House Bake Off 🍰 What an incredible spread of baked creations on show at the annual Senior School house bake off competition. Entries included cupcakes, brownies and traybakes, cookies and biscuits, savoury bakes, and showstopper cakes. The judges were hugely impressed by the effort, creativity and skill that went into every entry. A huge congratulations to Esher house for being the overall winners! 🏆 Well done to all our bakers. It was fantastic to see so much baking talent and enthusiasm on display. 👏
