Review and assessment
In years 3 to 6 children are invited to attend an assessment morning which will include age-appropriate assessments in maths, English and creative writing. They will also spend time at break with their peer group. We appreciate that this may be your child’s first experience of an admissions assessment and our focus is to make it calm, encouraging and even fun!
Our autumn term assessment day will take place on Saturday 7 November 2026.
Outcome and next steps
Following assessment, we’ll discuss results and next steps with you. This will be communicated directly with you by w/c 16 November 2026.
Families accepting a place will complete paperwork and pay a deposit to confirm. Children are then invited to a settling-in afternoon in the summer term before joining in September.
We have put together a short guide to give you an insight into our Junior School, from our vision and ethos to our expansive curriculum. You will also see the breadth of enrichment and co-curricular opportunities, as well as lots of other information that you may find useful.
We have a considerable range of clubs on offer and children are encouraged to explore and develop their interests. Clubs are usually organised on a termly basis thereby giving pupils the opportunity to experience a number of clubs throughout the year.
It’s sometimes hard to believe that our 100-acre oasis of calm sits right within the M25! Our location is truly a blessing, giving families quick and convenient access from many areas across London and Surrey.
