For families with children aged 2 to 18, and those planning for the years ahead, Esher and the surrounding villages offer a wonderful place to live and grow. It is a warm and welcoming community, and one that Claremont is proud to be part of.
Here you will find a snapshot of what makes our school community so special, with a taste of daily life at Claremont and some of the many reasons families choose and love Claremont as their children’s school.
Claremont is a happy school with happy children. Set within 100 acres of beautiful grounds rich in history, our campus offers space to breathe, explore and grow. Woodland paths, playing fields and historic surroundings create an inspiring environment where learning extends beyond the classroom and every day brings opportunities for discovery and adventure.
For almost 50 years, we have educated girls and boys together, side by side, from the earliest years through to sixth form. Throughout that journey, every child is known as an individual and supported to follow their own pathway, nurturing their talents, building confidence and enabling them to thrive and exceed their personal potential.
We hope this page gives you a flavour of life at Claremont and the many opportunities that come with being part of our school community.

Recently, we shared a parent survey with our families. Below are just a few of the wonderful comments our current families have shared about Claremont.
Each half term, Claremont produces the Claremont Chronicle, a newsletter that highlights the key news and events from across the school. It includes updates on school trips, teacher news, recent activities and many of the exciting events that have taken place throughout the term. Please take a moment to look through the Chronicle to see everything that has been happening at Claremont.
At Claremont, life goes far beyond lessons. With over 60 clubs and activities from Year 7 through to sixth form, supported by excellent facilities and coaches, students have endless opportunities to explore passions, discover new talents, and develop skills.
