A level results day has been a moment of great celebration at Claremont, with over half of all results graded A* or A and 98% of students being accepted by their preferred universities.

These outcomes are a fantastic recognition of the hard work, determination and ambition shown by a cohort that has embraced every opportunity available to them and who have made an outstanding contribution to school life.

Students have secured places on a wide range of highly competitive university courses and are progressing to exciting destinations across the UK, including King’s College London, Imperial, Durham, Bristol, St George’s, University of London (medicine), and the University of the Arts London (fine art). Several students will be studying abroad in Europe, North America and Australia, while others have secured exciting degree apprenticeships.

Beyond the impressive grades, these results reflect the aspirations of a group of committed, confident and well-rounded young people who are ready to make a positive impact in the world. As they embark on the next stage of their journeys, the entire Claremont community looks forward to following their future achievements with immense pride. The belief that every ambition deserves the space to grow is at the heart of everything Claremont does, and this cohort exemplifies that philosophy in action.

William Brierly, Head, said:”We are immensely proud of our students and all they have achieved during their time at Claremont. These excellent results are a reflection of their hard work, determination and commitment and are richly deserved. More importantly, this is a group of young people who have embraced every opportunity and contributed wholeheartedly to our school community over the years. Our class of 2026 has achieved so much – we can’t wait to see what they do next.”

"I'm so pleased we moved my daughter to Claremont for sixth form! Not just for the grades she achieved, it's the support from the teachers and the whole school that has made it so worthwhile."
