Over half term, history and German GCSE students enjoyed 3 very busy days in Berlin. Starting with a walking tour around the city, visiting the DDR Museum and allowing for moments of reflection throughout the 3 days. A hard-hitting excursion to Sachsenhausen on the second day will have a profound long-term impact on everyone.

They had time for a quick trip to a bowling alley with the added treat of an ice cream where they got to practice their German skills.
