On Tuesday 28 November we welcomed Fran Scott to talk to our pupils about her career, experiences in STEM and some research she has been involved in as part of our JGP inspire lectures.

Fran Scott is a 3x BAFTA-nominated engineering presenter, maker and pyrotechnician. A neuroscientist by training and an engineer at heart, Fran is an experienced prop builder and Science Content Producer who specialises in the use of physical demonstrations to explain complex scientific phenomena.

Fran not only talked about her career path but enthusiastically provided some valuable take-aways and life advice, inspiring some of our future engineers with the content of her talk.

A massive thank you to Fran for giving up her time to visit Claremont Fan Court School and speak to our pupils.
