Platinum Jubilee celebrations were well underway here at Claremont last week, with Pre-Prep and Prep School pupils hardly containing their excitement. Who could blame them when they enjoyed a picnic, crown making, corgi themed treasure hunts, obstacle courses and a tea party for a grand finale?! The Prep School even got to dress up in red, white and blue clothes to match the colourful draped bunting around the playground.

Luckily, we were blessed with some glorious weather on Wednesday and the sunshine made the celebrations even more fun. It was the perfect way to send off our younger pupils into what hopes to be an excellent half term break and spectacular Platinum Jubilee.

You need only to look at the children’s faces in the photos below to see that it seems incredibly fitting that the month of June’s character quality is enthusiasm.
