Year 4 had a fabulous time at their recent residential PGL trip to Marchants Hill. Over the course of three days the children experienced a range of adrenaline fuelled activities, including the giant swing and abseiling. Pupils also enjoyed team building exercises such as survivor and a blindfolded sensory obstacle course. Challenge activities including orienteering and archery introduced the pupils to new and exciting skills.

The children were impeccably behaved, and it was truly wonderful to observe so many push themselves to overcome anxieties and fears.

Evening activities were a great hit, on one evening we were treated to songs around a campfire, complete with toasted marshmallows. Some children have already requested a return trip!
