Silk painting club

The silk painting club is flourishing and pupils have enjoyed learning a range of techniques delivered by Mrs Sankey and Mrs Hart. Pupils used these techniques to create their own designs demonstrating a variety of effects on silk using salt, gutta and mixing colours beautifully to run like vibrant watercolours. The students took their completed designs home and were delighted with the finished results which included, silk painted greeting cards, murals and suncatchers. Well done to all who participated, the results have been amazing!
