Claremont’s sixth form brought the house down with this year’s charity pantomime, Robin Hood. The performance, filled with lively humour and warm festive spirit, was staged in support of Rentstart and drew an enthusiastic audience from across the school community.
This special production was dedicated to the memory of alumna Ellie Thomas, whose passion for performing arts continues to inspire students through the annual drama cup presented in her honour.
Co-directors Amerleigh and Thomas reflected on the journey with pride. They shared how rewarding it had been to guide a story grounded in kindness and friendship, and how impressed they were by the cast’s dedication both on stage and behind the scenes.
Having performed together since junior school, the pair had long hoped to create a production of their own. This pantomime became a heartfelt highlight of their final year. They expressed their gratitude to everyone who supported the project over the ten week rehearsal period and hoped the audience enjoyed the wit and warmth of the show.
The story was brought to life by a talented group of performers:
