Year 1 host heart-warming grandparents’ tea party

Year 1’s grandparents’ tea party was filled with singing, smiles and lots of cake! We welcomed grandparents and parents to the Great Room in our historic 18th century mansion. Tea, scones and cake were served before the delightful singing performances began. Grandparents were treated to renditions of Somewhere Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz, Do-Re-Mi from The Sound of Music and other songs about the environment and the coronation, which are Year 1’s current lesson topics in Pre-Prep.

A wonderful time was had by all!
